Press process

We, BOOSUNGHOTSHU, covers raw material of stainless tank, fabrication, cutting, and manufacture of storing type water heater. Stainless tank is made of STS-304 from POSCO and 1.2T TANK thickness is the best thickness of the inner cylinder in Korea.

Welding process

BOOSUNGHOTSHU Co. Ltd. developed its own automatic welding equipment with unrivaled technology and knowhow, which has enhanced durability of the welded joints of stainless tank.

Foam insulation

Stainless Tank pressure test goes through 100% of the total inspection. Applying ultra density foam insulation (MD, PP) imported from Europe, we strengthened insulation of the inner cylinder .

Wiring

All the products of BOOSUNGHOTSHU Co. Ltd. go through total inspection of control box and wiring to minimized malfunction or failure of the product.
